Webinar: Transformation into a water resource recovery facility
The transformation of Avedøre wastewater treatment plant into a water resource recovery facility, also known as the VARGA project, is now complete. Unisense Environment has worked with BIOFOS, Envidan, ARC, and DTU Sustain to transform Renseanlæg Avedøre from a traditional wastewater treatment plant to a water resource recovery facility.
In the webinar, you can learn about the results from the project in relation to the recovery and use of phosphorus in sludge ash, upgrading biogas to bio-natural gas, carbon harvesting, and reduction of nitrous oxide emissions.
