Introducing the next generation of the N2O Wastewater System

The measurement principle remains the same. You still measure N2O directly in the liquid phase and get reliable, real-time data from your process.

The biggest change is how you work with the system. You now calibrate where the sensor is located using LED guidance. There is no need to use a screen. The process is completed in minutes and is easy to repeat across sensors.

The sensor is fully digital and stores calibration and sensor-specific data, so you can move the sensor without losing setup or history. It also monitors its own status and alerts you when calibration or sensor head replacement is needed.

The system has also been designed for more flexible installation. You can connect up to 16 sensors to one Operator Console and place them where they provide the most value, without being limited by wiring.

FAQ

What has changed from generation 2.0 to 3.0?
- The 2 most notable changes are that you can now calibrate the sensor at its location, just using LED guidance. And that the sensor is now fully digital and stores calibration and operational data. You can find a comparison of the 2 N2O Wastewater Systems here.

Do I have to replace my existing 2.0 system?
- No, you can continue using your current setup. The previous generation remains available and continues to provide reliable nitrous oxide measurements.

How do I access the data?
- You access data directly on the N2O Wastewater Console or you can integrate the system with PLC and SCADA via standard communication protocols, allowing you to access and use your data within your existing setup.

Is the measurement accuracy improved?
- The measurement principle is well validated and remains the same.

How often do I need to calibrate the sensor?
- The sensor should still be calibrated every 2nd month. What's new is that the new generation N2O Wastewater Sensor can be calibrated where the sensor is located with LED guidance and without a screen.

How often should I replace the sensor head?
- The sensor head remains the same, apart from the digital features available to the new system. So we still recommend that you replace the sensor head every 6th month.
